Leading BPO MNC is hiring 
Lead – Administration
Salary: Upto 6L
Work Timing: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Location: Ramanathapuram Coimbatore

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient and effective workflow. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Supervise facilities and office space to ensure a safe and hygiene environment. Coordinate with vendors on Maintenance related work such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry etc. within specified timelines. Implement ISMS policies and procedures and ensure the effectiveness.
•    Maintain a record on monthly expenses and process vendor invoices / petty cash vouchers without any slippages. 
•    Maintain a record on company assets and allocate IT hardware’s to employees.
•    Access control monitoring, access card issuance to new joiners/visitors, generating a monthly reports. Access card activation / deactivation as and when required.
•    Periodical checking and monitoring of CCTV, smoke detectors, fire sprinklers and extinguishers. Monitor critical assets on regular basis on their effectiveness. 
•    Maintain a stock and issue consumable items i.e. stationeries, biscuits and housekeeping materials etc. Booking and despatching domestic / international couriers. 
•    Arranging employee transportation effectively. Scheduling route, pick-up / drop coordination, Route scheduling, monitoring and feedback. Monitoring transport application “MoveInSync”.
•    Arranging hotel accommodation for employees travelling from other cities. Seating allocation to employees based on project requirement. 
•    Scheduling preventive maintenance activities within timelines. Maintain a record on service report and statutory required documents from vendors.
•    Organise and participate organisational celebrations and sports day activities. 
•    Monitoring registers i.e. visitor registers, In-ward and Out-ward registers, laptop registers, gate pass and other registers periodically and ensure it is meeting ISMS standards.


Qualifications: 
•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. 
•    Knowledge on ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001:2022)
•    Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in same industry.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication.
