Job Description:

•    Responsible for appointment of distributors as per the plan within the stipulated time.
•    Responsible for the sales targets (Primary and Secondary sales) in the defined territory through a group of TSI’s
•    Plan the sales volumes & distribution for the defined area and ensure that the same is achieved.
•    Micro level planning on enhancing the various aspects of the business ( Coverage, Availability, Visibility for the defined geography)
•    Ensure the stock rotation to maintain the freshness of stock.
•    Responsible for executing the market & sales developmental activities planned for the territory.
•    Effective utilization of budget based on the volume plan and keeping a track on the high volume outlets/ Institutions.
•    Maintain the stock norms and regular review of the SS/Distributor investment.
•    Building relationship with the Distributors & the Trade.
•    Handling the market & product complaints.
•    Providing market feedback to ASMs/SM on the performance of our products and competitor activities.
•    Responsible for analyzing the efficacy of any promotional activities in his territory and give the feedback to ASM / Sales Manager
•    Training the TSIs in range selling, productivity, distributor management, selling techniques etc.,
•    Responsible to sourcing & recruit the entry level sales person like SR, ISR, TSI.
