Designation : Senior Manager / Deputy General Manager, Human Resources
Preferred Age bracket : 35 – 45 years

Job Profile & Responsibilities :
We are looking for a Senior HR professional to manage independently the HR function which
includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Employee Performance Management, New HR
initiatives, Employee engagement and Compensation & benefits. The incumbent should have
experience handling any digital HRMS platform.
The Roles and responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
objectives.
• Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting
candidates.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for
new hires.
• Facilitate performance management systems, including goal setting, performance
evaluations and career development plans.
• Develop learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and
competencies.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal
requirements and internal policies.
• Manage the HRMS platform
• Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws
and regulations.
• Collaborate with Management and CEO to identify HR related challenges and propose
solutions to address them effectively.
Candidate Profile:
· MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a reputed institute
· Proven experience as an HR leader with minimum 12 years of experience in HR domain and
having atleast 3 years experience in team handling.
· Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all
levels of the organization.
· Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
· Ability to get the best out of the team and be a good mentor
