Terms And Conditions
Job Store Consulting (Henceforth referred as “JSC”) terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by the client by character of a request for an induction, interview (in person or by telephone) of an applicant from JSC. An introduction will mean an interview, the acceptance of a CV from the applicant via JSC.
Candidate means the person who has been introduced by the JSC to the client in person or even resume shared.
No variation to the terms of conditions, amendments or changes will be valid unless approved by a Founder & Chief Mentor of the JSC.
Either the client or the JSC may terminate this agreement by giving notice in writing. If the client terminates the agreement without written notice to JSC, the client will be liable for the administration fees.
Confidentiality
All information regarding Candidates, whether written or verbal, is supplied to the Client in confidence and is not to be disclosed to any other party without the express written consent of the Agent.
The Client shall ensure that the Candidate is accountable to the Client’s company policies in respect to the protection of the Client’s confidential information and intellectual property. The JSC shall not be liable for any claim in respect to the Client’s confidential information and intellectual property arising from the actions of the placed Candidate.
All information will be subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1993, and its variations as determined.
Fees
Where a candidate is introduced by the JSC to a client and that candidate is employed by either the client or an associated party of the client then the JSC’s standard fee as shown in the Fees and Guarantee section will be payable by the client.
The client shall pay the JSC the applicable fee even if the candidate is employed by the client in a different capacity or on a different basis to what the candidate was originally introduced for.
The introduction period will run for a period of (12) twelve months, with such period commencing from the initial referral of the candidate to the client by the company.
If a candidate supplied by the JSC to a client is terminated (whether by dismissal or resignation) and if the candidate is re-employed or offered an alternative arrangement by the client or an associated party of the client, within (12) twelve months of that original termination date, then the client will be charged a fee as per the Schedule of Fees. The fee will apply regardless of the position taken by the candidate.
If a candidate is terminated (whether by dismissal or resignation) within the period of 3 months (90 days from DOJ) , Replacement of the candidate will be happen.
